At 22 I started in Stemdo, a company connecting young talent with tech opportunities. Over three years, we scaled to a 10M valuation, opened new offices, and built partnerships that changed lives. My role? A bit of everything — operations, business development, sales strategy, customer success, and pitching our vision to clients, partners, and investors.

What I learned is simple: great products don’t sell themselves.
